Nice man checked us in. Bathroom was pleasantly newer than expected. Rooms are bare bones but clean and comfy. Seemed to be some workmen possibly living there. I am not sure a single female traveler would feel 100% safe

An excellent, well maintained Hostel. My only complaint is the internet was not working. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location with only 600 metres to the city center. But low standards on most things. Room was not clean on arrival, they force you to pay if you don't clean the room yourself, which is not disclosed until you're inside the room (reading information on the inside of room door) I would personally not revisit this place.

Good location in Gävle's old town close to all aminities and with paid on street parking very near by. Price is very cheap and the decor reflects this being in need of a refresh. Having said that the collection of buildings is very charming and everything works. Bargin breakfast available.
